How can I create an account on the Bajaj Finserv for Business App?
If you are new to Bajaj Finserv for Business, follow these steps to create an account:
- 1 Download and install the Bajaj Finserv for Business app
- 2 Tap on 'Register'
- 3 Enter PAN Card number
- 4 Enter and verify mobile number
- 5 Select GSTIN
- 6 Enter business details
- 7 Enter and verify email ID
- 8 Select option to avail of EMI Finance
- 9 Complete Aadhaar KYC
- 10 Enter bank account details
- 11 Accept E-agreement and pay stamp duty if you want to avail of EMI Finance
- 12 Generate a digital QR code or link physical QR code if available

Follow the below steps to raise a request:
- Click on the ‘Help’ tab
- Go to 'All Requests' and then tap on ‘Raise a Request for Customer’
- Select the payment mode of the transaction from the categories displayed
- Fill out the necessary details
- Click on ‘Submit’
Track all the requests raised by you on behalf of your customer by following the below steps:
- Click on the ‘Help and Support’ section
- Tap on ‘View All Requests’
- Choose ‘Customer Request’
- Enter the request ID that you want to track
You can now see all the requests raised by you on behalf of the customer.
Follow the below steps to download your GST invoice:
- Click on the 'Help' tab
- Click on 'Download GST Invoice'
- Download the Bajaj Finserv for Business app from the Google Play Store
