The Virtual Payments Address (VPA), also known as UPI, is a unique address that can be created to send or receive money. To view your VPA or UPI ID, tap on 'My QR' from the home screen of the Bajaj Finserv for Business app.
The UPI PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a 4 to 6-digit passcode that you create during your registration process. This PIN is essential to authorise all your transactions.
The Virtual Payment Address or VPA is created for all users using the UPI service to send or receive money. VPA acts as a proxy for the combination of a bank account number and an IFSC code. It adds an additional layer of security.
UPI is built over the IMPS infrastructure and facilitates instant money transfers between bank accounts. It allows users to create virtual payment addresses for banks linked to the UPI network and transfer money instantly through their mobile devices.
- Tap on the ‘Home Page’
- Under the ‘Transactions’ tab, you will see an option to upgrade your services
- Tap on the ‘Upgrade your services’ option, and you will be directed towards downloading the app
- Scan the code or click on the download link that you will receive on your registered mobile number
Once you download the app, follow the instructions to upgrade your services.
Money transfers from UPI work 24x7, regardless of your bank's working hours.
- Check if the Bank Reference/UTR number is displayed on the settlement report
- If the Bank Reference/UTR number is visible, then please check your bank account statement with the Bank Reference/UTR number
- If the Bank Reference/UTR number is not available on the bank account statement, please raise a service request under the 'Help and Support' section
- Click on the 'Transactions' section on Bajaj Finserv for Business
- Under the 'Transactions List' screen, you can see the total amount that you have received via different payment modes
- Click on ‘Filter’ and select Wallet
You can now download or get a detailed transactions report on your registered email ID.
For transaction reports exceeding 90 days, you need to raise a request under the 'Help and Support’ section.
You can follow these simple steps to get a detailed summary of a particular transaction:
- Go to the ‘Transactions’ tab
- Select the date range during which the particular transaction took place
- Select the particular transaction and view its detailed summary
If you are still unable to find or view the details, contact us by raising a query under the ‘Help and Support’ section.
- Click on the ‘Transactions’ tab
- Under the ‘Transactions List', search for the transaction ID of the transaction you wish to cancel
- Click on ‘Initiate Cancellation'
Once the cancellation request is successful, the refund will be credited to your customer's account.
You can ask your customer to raise a service request under the 'Help and Support' section for any issues related to cashback.
- Click on the 'Transactions' tab on the Bajaj Finserv for Business website
- Tap on the particular transaction for a detailed view
- Click on the 'Transactions' section on Bajaj Finserv for Business
- Click on the 'Settlement' tab under 'Transactions List'
- Select any custom date range up to 90 days under 'View Past Transaction'
For details beyond 90 days, a request needs to be raised under the ‘Help and Support’ section.
We will notify you about the settlement via SMS and email. You can also view the settlement status on the 'Transactions' tab.
The payment for every transaction is directly credited to your registered bank account, and the settlement is done within two business days.
Bajaj Finserv for Business credits the amount to your account after completing the settlement cycle i.e. the next business day.
- Tap on the 'Transactions' section on Bajaj Finserv for Business
- Search with the Transaction ID number (example - CS123456789012) as mentioned in the transaction notification
- Click on the ' View EMI Charge Slip' option
If the data in the settlement report appears to be incorrect, please raise a service request under the 'Help and Support' section.
Once you log into Bajaj Finserv for Business, you will be able to see your active campaigns under the ‘Campaigns’ tab.
- Tap on the ‘Reports' section
- Click on 'Cancelled Reports'
- Click on 'Get Detailed Report’
- Select the date range
You can now get the reports emailed to your registered email ID.
For a detailed insight into the modes of payments used by your customers, click on the 'Transactions Trend Report' under the 'Dashboard' tab on Bajaj Finserv for Business.
- Tap on the 'Campaigns' page
- Click on 'Create Offer'
- Create your offer by selecting the type of offer from the category – Bajaj Rewards or My Store offer
You cannot re-run an offer that you had previously created. But, you can recreate a similar customer promotion offer.
There are no eligibility criteria to run an offer at your store; any merchant can easily create and run an offer.
You can create offers in English. We will be available in multiple languages in the near future.
You can update your address by following the steps given below:
- Go to the 'Help and Support' section
- Click on 'Merchant service'
- Select the query type as 'Account'
- Select the sub-query type as 'Update Address'
- Describe your query
- Upload address proof
- Click on 'SUBMIT'
Your address will get updated in a while.
- Click on the 'My Profile' section
- Click on 'Edit' below your email ID
- Enter your new email ID and complete the OTP verification
- Tap on 'CONFIRM'
Your email ID will be updated successfully.
